Product Return Policy

We dedicate significant love to our work to ensure you will adore your purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may contact us within a period of 30 days of the date on which you received your order to enable us to reimburse you. However, remember that BE2ADORN candles are handmade and, as such, small variations may exist between products. We believe these features of handmade candles make them unique and exclusive.

  • we will reimburse the total amount of the order;
  • we assume the costs of transporting the return and we schedule the collection of the order to be returned;

2) If it’s not your first return / returns for more than two candles / returns from “Other European Countries”2019-05-14T16:01:50+00:00
  • we will reimburse the total amount of the purchase;
  • you must send us the products you want to return and bear the costs of transporting the return;

Product return procedure

First check the following conditions have been met, as we can only accept returned products in these cases:

  • The products have not been used;
  • The product still has its original features and the packaging is not damaged (packaging that has been opened carefully will not be regarded as damaged. The white band enveloping the golden packaging may be cut);
  • The product is complete (for example, both items of a pair have to be returned).

Send an e-mail to stating:

  • the order number, your name and telephone number;
  • the reason for returning the order;
  • in the event your order is delivered with the outer packaging damaged, it is extremely important that you register this on the carrier´s delivery note and send us photographic evidence of such damage.
  • IBAN in the event of payment through the Multibanco system;

We will contact you at our earliest convenience to schedule collection of the order (normally by the following working day).
We will notify you by e-mail as soon as the return has been processed, stating the date scheduled for reimbursement to your account (this may take 5 working days when payment has been made by credit card).
